Apply for Tenancy and pay a deposit

We ask everyone interested in renting with us to complete our Tenancy Application Form.

We will complete a Right to rent check on every tenant as per the government guidelines.

If your tenancy application is accepted, and based on the information provided, we can produce a draft tenancy agreement that you will be emailed to check.

Details of the Government approved Deposit Protection Scheme will be sent to you and you will be asked to pay a deposit equivalent to 1 months rent per tenancy to secure the accommodation. The Deposit must be paid prior to the start of your contract. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer into the Landlords bank account (Details will be provided)

The Landlord then transfers this money to the Deposit Protection Scheme into an account set up for the tenant. The money stays here for the duration of the tenancy. If any disputes arise from any deductions made the Deposit Protection Scheme will act as mediators to resolve any issues.
