We want our tenants to feel that they belong to a community. Though this page we want to help connect people and opportunities, provide support and resources and help to foster personal connections and friendships.

Our properties are all located towns in the heart of England, Each place had its own individual character and beauty. We hope to pull together links and information about the many opportunities and places of interest on the door step.

Everyone should have a safe home to live in and we want to help those who have been displaced by the Russia / Ukraine war who need to relocate to England.

We have opened our home, and our heart to this cause and have created this page to pull together resources and information that may help refugees who are looking to move to Kegworth and surrounding area. 

We hope to connect host families, and create a community and support network for those refugees who have experienced such trauma. 

Kegworth

Kegworth is a large village with an active community. At the centre of the village is St Andrews parish church which over looks the market place where there are a number of shops a Co-op supermarket and various other businesses. 

The village has a number of pubs, restaurants and hotels. There is a village school, Doctors surgery, Library, Museum and a Village hall that hosts a range of community groups and activities. Within the village there are an number of sports clubs. There is a lawn bowls club, cricket ground, and tennis courts.

For the younger children there are several play parks. The park on Side Ley is especially nice with play equipment, beautiful planting and picnic tables, an area for dogs to exercise. skate park, table tennis table, football goals and basketball court..

Loughborough

Loughborough is a large market town with its own prestigious University located on a green campus within walking distance of the town centre.

The town has an interesting industrial history and was the scene of a bombing by airship in the second world war. 

Modern rail links join the town with St Pancras station in London in aprox 1hr. The town also has a historical steam railway offering pleasure rides through a few villages on route to Leicester. 

The surrounding country side has a number of natural beauty spots, and the Grand Union canal passes through the centre of the town. 

Burton Upon Trent

Burton on Trent has a great industrial heritage. It has been know as the centre of brewing for many years and there are still many pubs and breweries in the town. 

The River Trent divides the town and the banks of the river are home to the famous Washlands park which provides a beautiful natural parkland full of great walks and wildlife. 

The town centre has all of the main high street stores and has a cinema and several supermarkets.
