Complaints Policy

We hope that you have a great experience living in our accommodation and we put a lot of effort in to ensuring a good level of customer service.

However if you do have any concerns whilst residing with us we would like you to tell us so that we can address the issue.

We have written a step by step complaints policy to help us to fully address and respond to any complaints we may receive.
